Squad Busters revenue for January has came in and it's down once more BUT is it really that far down or are people just using a different store to buy items..

I feel like Squad Busters lost a lot of players since the beginning. They took too long to allow free progression and it ultimately made the game feel boring too quickly. Yeah the game is a lot better now, but now they have to start from scratch.

They need to make it so you get to pick one character you’re guaranteed to see in a chest at the squad selection screen. If you pick to highlight a rare or epic you only get that character when the chest of its respective tier is normally available.

Also the problem with the revenue is that the game desperately needs balancing. I’m often tempted to buy coins to unlock star chests but I stop myself because of the chances of pulling characters like Dr. T or medic etc…

I wish a mode could be added to the game where players can choose several maps and game modes themselves, and then search among them to play one. That would be awesome! 🎮😊🤷‍♀️

The most annoying thing when you reroll and you got the same 3 characters or 2 of them i think this should be fixed or changed to give better chance to get a better character

I have also done a bit of thinking about what you called "mirror chest" mod. I think you could even keep re-rolls and it's still a strategic element in what squad you ultimately build. It could be extra strategic from the stand point of how the progression of chest rarity would need to be based on quantity of chests and not time. So maybe you purposefully use re-rolls early to try to get to the rare chests sooner, but then you might have unfused commons that drive up your chest price to even open the rare chests. I love the idea of making it so that literally everyone is dealt the same hand, and the question is who can play it best.

What if different chests could contain different types of units? So a speedster chest would garrenteed a speedster a healer chest would garrenteed a healer a defender chest would garrenteed a defender etc… I think that would be a good way to help combat the luck based problems.

Squad buster started as a cash grab, hopeing to be long term. Problem is everyone sees that now and now they try to fix the game little by little instead of removing p2w completely. No one wants to play catch up against whales once its balanced

I feel like sb needs huge changes to comeback with revenue such as -better skins (vfx, scaling with pwr lvl, additional cosmetics) so far there isnt that much good skins and most units have a better ultra form skin -ultimates rework i think they need to completely rework ultimates and change it into smth more exciting than a Simple upgrade like Hypercharges or Evos i feel like thats a cool concept and good for monetization -pass is better value but i dont get why they removed stuff to add 10 supers its still no crazy value for the prize like bs even cr Has much better pass value

the problem with squad busters is there is nothing to buy in the game right now. no new skins, no new troops, no paid currency. so until they introduce those things they have no way of making money. so it looks like the game isnt successful because its not making money.

About the Gem Hot Pot glitch, that happens with my Freeze/Super Freeze spells. I can see them thrown, but I can't see the spell circle on the ground. Also, one of the coolest double mod games I played was Crystal Forest and Double Trouble where everyone started with 2 Mega Gregs.

Revenue is down due to the fact that there is no point in spending money, skins may look good but that's all they do. Getting your troops to Ultimate is just a giant grind and the passes do nothing. There is also zero incentive to grind in the game. New troops and special abilities would help.

when everyone is using the same troops, it is luck unless they have some skill in which some will give up as they cannot develop their skills. when everyone has different troops it feels more luck based ... more skill to the game play would help, like characters with special abilities plus magic

If they really want to save the game they need to make some big changes. So here is my way too long and probably not realistic wish list for 2025. Are some of them a stretch? Yes but a already wasted way too much of my life writing this comment so now you have to waste your time too 1. I think the power lvls need to be reworked. Something like in the beta version of teh game were there were more levels but they changed less. Im also not the biggest fan of the character models changing with each lvl because even tho it looks cool it makes it more confusing and makes most of teh skins pointless. Speaking of skins.. 2. All of the characters should have at least 2 skins for style tickets. The smart thing to do is to make every skin always accessible, like in the character select screen but you should be able to buy them for style tickets in the shop. 3. Obviously clubs named squads and club games were each of your club choose a different character and you try too defead the other squads. Or destroy the other teams gem mine. The piniata party would also be in clubs. 4. More game mods like bounty were the more characters you kill the more gems drop out of you when you die and squad ball were you have to score a ball in your enemies goal. 5. More modifiers, for example: -classic clash, were all of you caracters are classic -nuzlock, were you can only pick one of each character and when they die you cant get more of them -meteor madness, were the more squad members you have the meteors fall on you more often -vine jungle, vines grow 100% randomly -taitors among us, were defeated enemies join your squad Also, squad league exclusive modifiers like: -fusion madness, were all of your characters are fused up -ultimate battle, were all of your characters are ultimate -mega madness, you can only pick megas liek eltigre, dragon chicken or hero greg -hyper fusions, getting a fusion gives you a hyper potion 6. More small events like the tara event: -gregs deforestation, were you have to chop down trees on diffrent maps -mortisis graveyard, were you have to turn monsters into bats using mortis 7. More diffrent maps for every world. 8. Small changes to the already existing modifiers like: -monster pest: you can only spawn bosses in the second minute and all of the monsters in the final minute are bosses 9. Map meaker and friendly games. In map maker were you can your own maps and in friendly games were you can play with your friend but not for rewrds. 10. Ranked. When you get 1000 trophys in squad league you can play ranked were in firsts selects a mode then each of your enemies (and you) ban 1 character finally you pick your lineup and play. There could be tiers and after every season players would be rewarded whith a amount of star tokens : -bronze -500 -silver -1500 -gold -3000 -diamond -6500 -mythic -8000 -masters -10000 After every season the level yould reset but you would get a 50% boost too your last level 11. And finally a band that would make songs for the game with the chicken as the main singer.

hey claz, could you maybe do a presenting a different rotation options? like for example, i have almost all rare units at ultra and i dont know what i should be running so a video on the best synergies and also anti-synergies (like dont put two farmers in your rotation) would be really helpful, i also know you said almost everyone has the same rotation but i did notice a few differences so i dont really know what i should run

I only play squad league and keep Greg on my squad, so I actually kinda like Loot Machines. Chop some trees, get some chests, use some coins on speed ups/keys, and repeat while trying to fuse as many units as consistently as possible to keep chest costs low while you blitz around farming and eventually harassing other weaker players and getting on the edge of bigger guys fighting to keep the power level of the lobby suppressed.

tbh miner ruined it for me. game was rally good before his buff. now a days if u dont have a miner u r doomed to die doesnt matter how smartly u played. some random dude comes and breaks u to last position in last 20 seconds. and u lost the match. and its not a skill issue i end up top 70-80 at the end of season. i wreck real people too. but the miner made it stale for me atleast.

still though the progression system needs another buff ya know? cz you have to play like 4/5 hours a day. otherewise you wont be able to max out. another thing about the chests are ,,,big chest should give us like 8 to10 babies and super big ones should give us more than 15. cz if you look at it,,ive played over 1600 games but i only have 19 ultras. not even a single ultimate! also games are like 5 minutes long so i dont play that much or i get bored. if they wanna release more ultimates then they should increase the chances of getting an ultimate from the star chest. cz getting an ultimate is super hard if you dont play like crazy. also the thing about chest quadriplers is...whenever you have one the game gets super hard with real players and even if ya get 1st you'll get abput 6/9 babies unless you're super lucky

My prediction is Jan is probably the worst month of the year and it won't get worse than that. I think feb will be a lot higher cus of the new gem pass & update and hopefully from april things keep going up if the devs cook!

Squad busters has a lot of potential considering the fact that it includes characters from every supercell game. The game is still young and there are many things that could be added in the future, for example clubs and together with those events. They also add trophie game modes for every individual one we have (showdown, duos.) The game isn't dying.

The model is to lure in whales so when the next tiers of units comes in that’s where the $ comes from. F2P or small purchasers mades very little. Just look how clash Royale is run. Make a new account and count the times you face someone who isn’t a bot. It’s a very expensive game to start out in and years from now that’s where squadbusters will land
