with all the extra over burden you have and tailings from the wash plant you could try to build a bridge to get to the island. it looks like it could be fun driving the rock trucks that distance and building a new wash plant would defeat the purpose of RP, but thats just me. awesome mod and series so far. or you could invest the money that you would spend on a wash plant and buy convyer belts tot he run the distance to the wash plant. that would be cool

Use the dump trucks to take it over the river make a pile and then use road trains to take it from that pile to a pile near the wash plant and loader it in from there. Look up mining road train Australia for what the trucks look like.

I say you guys get a small to medium test wash plant that is moveable to run a 100yd tests all over the island so you can take samples all across the 100 acres and then bring the concentrate back to the gold wash room and run the concentrate in the gold room and sell that gold to see where the best gold is this way you can figure out how much gold is there also so you can to see how much overburdened you have before you get to the pay layer so you can count for how much money your going to spend on fuel and workers to see if it is a big enough profit margin to setup a second operation if you think it is worth the extra work then go buy a bigger and more permanent wash plant and more equipment to mine that piece of land I also think you guys should work on building a bridge from the main land to the island and sell the barge unless there are more islands for sale then keep the barge to be able to get the other islands and do the same process im talking on them in gold mining they say test, retest, and double check to see if it is worth the trouble to start mining on new ground
