Totally stealing this! I love it! I love that you make spreads that you actually use and not just as content for your channel or for IG. They are functional and pretty, too!

Thanks! I am a big believer in “using my planner” as opposed to just looking at it. It’s gotta be FUNctional! 😉📒💕

Yes, it's totally fine to make mistakes because that's what erasers are for 😁 You are so creative, Stephanie. I always learn something new 🙂Love the "Health tracker" lettering.

Hi there Stephany. This was one awesome video and you actually have given me some ideas too on how I can do something close to like this. I know I get daily headaches but, I can see just how many of them are extremely bad. Also, I can keep an eye on my vision too because I have Macular Degeneration due to my health and disability too and I can also maybe throw in my BP too because I have to do it a couple times a day everyday pretty much and a few other things. WOW!! You sure got me thinking on this one. You go girl!!👍🏻👍🏻😉😁 I do wish you good luck on your things that you want to keep track of too. God bless and keep the faith and remember, if there is a day that things are off, don’t get down on yourself and just get back up and continue where you left off. God bless and hugs always! Have a great night too. Sue(Clearwater, Florida)❤️🥰😘🙏🏻👼🌴😍🎄🤟🏻🦋🌸❌⭕️❌⭕️

I love this! I may make one of these for myself for 2022. So much more fun than what I had this year!

I really like this Stephanie! How do you track your asthma or allergy symptoms? I have twin toddlers with asthma and allergies, I create a monthly tracker that i hate 😂 so I am wondering how do you do it. Thanks 😊
@squairdplans2 жыл бұрын
I usually journal my day on a lined monthly layout noting any symptoms or outside factors that might come into play. I am tracking my meds and supplements next year on a monthly habit tracker from my shop. If your kids have repeating symptoms (runny nose, wheezing, etc.), a habit tracker might be a way to track them, as well. Here is a link to the two items I mentioned from my shop for a visual. I love this!! I’m just wondering how many attempts and hours it will take me to recreate this. I wish the shell was an item in your shop.😉

LOL! I wish I had a clone so I could do all.the.things! I’ll keep your interest in this as a printable in mind for my shop. Thanks for suggesting! 😁👍🏼

I love this spread! Do you have a source for good quality dot grid paper? It's hard to find any from the Happy Planner and when I do, they often have ornate decorations on them which make them not ideal for spreads like these.
@squairdplans2 жыл бұрын
I’m using happy planner dot grid paper for this and in my Faith planner next year. The journaling happy notes are your best bet for plain dot grid from happy planner. I linked one in this description and the “stay wild” one I picked up during my Black Friday haul both have plain dot grid pages without deco on them.

What is closed rings though?
@squairdplans2 жыл бұрын
Closing my rings means meeting my daily health goals on my Apple Watch. Each ring has a goal for burning calories, exercise length and standing each hour.

I have never been able to find anyone who can tell me how exactly to do measurements. Where exactly you measure when it comes to hips, thighs, waist, arms. It would be cool if you could do something that shows how to take measurements.
@squairdplans2 жыл бұрын
I’m sure that exists on YT somewhere. As long as you measure the same place on yourself each time, I don’t think it matters too much how precise you are.
