How to generate 25 percent duty cycle?

It's mean that your on time period is 25% of total time period. Let me explain it by an example- If your total time period is 10ms than 25% of 10ms is 2.5ms so in waveform 2.5ms is ON time and remain 7.5ms is OFF time. 2.5ms+7.5ms=10ms...... It's impossible you have to consider some value for XTAL so if in a qué XTAL is not given usually we consider XTAL=12MHZ but if any other programs in which serial communication is needed than you have to consider XTAL=11.0589HZ I hope you are understood Like and subscribe ☺️
