I have the same machine. Been fighting with it for years. Nice to see you have it under control 👍

Thanks Len! It's about finding the correct tooling, feeds and speeds. This machine is versatile and tough and forgives minor mistakes.

PS: Never use climb milling on it!

Thank you Simon. It did take me more than 6 hours to complete.

@@improviseddiy 6 hours? How much did you have to remove?
@improviseddiy Жыл бұрын
@@heybabycometobutthead 4mm from the bottom and 2,5mm from the top. Just enough to get it square. Thanks for watching!

That anvil probably weighs same as the Hq800, lol. Nice to see how HQ handles the different facing options and how lowering rpm, feed on the cutter quietened everything down.

The anvil is no longer 20kg. 😂I share what I learn to help others with tool options for this machine and materials. This 2,7kg fly cutter has really exceeded my expectations.

Dankie Andre. Die een het nogal lank gevat om te doen en baie skoolgeld gekos.

Nice video. I am planning on buying the same anvil so can I ask for it's dimensions?
