Great video. Which camera and attachments do you use?

Cheers! I use a GoPro hero 7 silver. To film my matches I have a mount that attaches the camera to the glass on the back wall. As for the vlogging I have a small stick that it attaches to so I can hold it up in front of myself easier 😃

Really enjoyed this breakdown. Question... as you start to feel a bit of fatigue towards the latter parts of the match how do you change tactics? I'm just thinking on the basis of maybe not feeling sharp enough to hunt the ball down earlier and more aggressively as you would in the start for example, especially if you've had a long match.

Well tactics-wise you could look to slow the pace of the game down by lifting the ball more. But often it’s a mental push that is required to focus and just keep your feet moving quickly, focus on keeping your split step fast with a low contact time and try to be smart with your shot choices. Don’t go for a high risk shot because you’re tired, because if it doesn’t hit the nick you’ll be under some serious pressure and get more tired. Look to play straight, hit tight lines and use smart attacks (straight drops, kills, hit the spaces) and this comes primarily from maintaining mental sharpness despite the physical fatigue.

I thought your missed trickle boast near the start was actually the right shot, even though you tinned it. He was on his heels and wouldn’t have got there 👍

Yeah true, if it was up I probably would’ve been saying ‘great shot!’ 🤣
