I can imagine this being a Eurosport thing out of your reach but will the quality in the Eurosport player be increased at some point? The highest I can set it to is 404p (oddly). Which does not compare to the quality here.

Anyone wanna explain that stroke call at 4:34 ? Looks like a standard let situation to me. Willstrop already far from the ball which is on the wall, and blocked from clearing due to Mathew position. Let

Jay Kraft ref seemed to say insufficient clearance. Inclined to agree given Mathews line of access to it has to be through where Willstop was.

Ref said "you weren't clearing" to Willstrop. When you are blocked from clearing, that is the reason you aren't clearing. Standard Let situation.

Jay Kraft 8.6.5 and 8.6.6 will be the two rules that apply here. interference refers to the lack of direct access to the shot. the referee then has two judgement calls. 1) would Mathews have been able to make a good return. if yes the next decision is to whether Willstop was making enough effort to clear the ball. the rules allow for a stroke if insufficient effort is deemed, let otherwise. Its a bit of a shitty situation to find ya self in but the problems arisen cause of the shot execution.
