Havent even finished the video yet but I wanted to comment on how great Rodriguez is playing! After his first rounds, I didnt think he was playing that well. Goes to show that when he plays disciplined squash, he can be a huge threat. Awsome!

I think PC said in the post-match interview that Elias swore at him for his movement off the ball on the last point (as well as throughout the match). They're really good friends and training partners though, Coll may have been irritated by his attitude in defeat but there's nothing in it

He's a great player and entertainer, I think it's unreasonable that everyone dislikes him just because he's pumped up and celebrates when he wins. He's not actually rude to his opponents and he loses gracefully

If you are referring to the conduct stroke, it appeared to be in response to something that Marwan said, not the contact.

Marwan appeared to look to make contact with Rod. When he didn't get a let he appeared to say "shocking" twice apparently in response to the no let decision. Roy took exception to that. It's not apparent from the limited highlights whether something else happened earlier in the match to made Roy angry.

Not a big fan of Marwan's attitude in general but giving a conduct stroke on saying " That's shocking" is way too harsh. It does not even qualify for a conduct warning let alone a stroke. I have watched numerous times the likes of Nick Matthew, jonathon power calling out refs for such decisions. May be Ref had something personal against him, I can understand the temptation to punish marwan for his general conduct on court but emotions shouldn't have taken better of the ref.

I am glad Marwan lost. He has a terrible attitude and it is because of shit like this that squash is not an Olympic sport.
