I am personally happy that Asal is back. I hope he does nothing stupid this time. The world of squash needs the flair he brings with him but not the controversies.

I believe asal does not mean to trip or harm anyone. Its just his movement is clunky partly perhaps due to his size and explosiveness. That's an area he needs to work on. But his other behavior might be deliberate to generate controversy and attention for better or for worse. In person he seems like a very polite and friendly person.

I will give asal (another) chance ... he is ao damn talented ... just hope he stops sweeping the leg, making silly gestures, and putting winning above fairness - something you still find from many of the top players
