Hi Evan, if may I suggest a tip from my viewer point, could you consider doing voice overs during exercise performance? Like what are you focusing during performing a lift, why did you choose the correct lift (in a big picture, overlap to other lifts etc), it could create a much deeper connection between you and your audience (in my opinion). I wonder if your wide pickup for yoke doesn’t put a little extra stress on your leg that you step second with. Being it is at an angle as you for your first step. Just my two cents. They don’t mean much. I just worry about you. You seem awesome and don’t want you hurt.

It looks like your right knee came in a bit on the yoke. Was that the knee that you said felt worse? Maybe that's why it hurts.. Take a look on the video yourself and you can see what you need to work on. Seeing you train after you got injured, is really motivating for me since I injured my back. Keep uploading videos!

Have you heard of a Gua sha tool? Some people like it better than foam rolling and it’s supposed to be able to hit muscles a bit better and faster
