Donnie is looking great! Deleted my IG a while ago but he is one of the best follows. Have gotten so much good info from him over the years.

Some of the things he says is so completely put of the box but not woo woo or suspicious. I gotta get him to talk about what his "get weaker intentionally" after he retired strategy he used. It blew my mind first time he shared it. More to it than just what I'm saying here but yeah. Love Donnie and his ideas.

Great vibe. Squatting together like that is basically a spiritual experience. I used to do box squats every Friday with some friends and we would always go heavy and afterwards we would just destroy our legs with leg press, leg extensions, front squats, lunges, bodyweight squats etc (maybe not all in one workout ha). There is just something about doing it together that makes it so much better...

Great thinking there, wanting to go into surgery as strong as possible. It's like getting sick but you're as healthy as possible, the pandemic thing didn't really hurt me because I'm healthy so even getting sick I just felt a little meh and bounced back fast. I tore my front delt competing 2 weeks ago and am already fully healed. An object in motion stays in motion

Am I the only one shocked by Levi`s foot-placement? How does he squat in a half split?
@koleary17987 ай бұрын
I'm guessing that for the most part he squats in a squat or at least briefs? Never tried them, but to my understanding they make it so sitting back into a squat is more optimal for max weight, and a wide stance makes it easier to sit back, plus minimises the ROM needed to hit full depth.

$85 in 1985 is equal to $246.73 (according to the editor of this video lol). that means that the dollar has lost 2/3rds of it's value in 40 years... given the fact I was planning on living for the next 40 years or more, this is quite depressing
