I've felt more questionable about Toshiki's naturalness in the past, but after hearing about how much pain he seems constantly in, and how injured he's gotten, it seems more likely. It reminds me of the Clarence Kennedy interview where he said he was constantly training on painkillers when he was (presumably) natural, and when he went and competed at Europeans he needed painkiller injections in his knees and could barely walk after the competition.
