Thanks bhai, actually log as an athlete kbhi train hi nhi krte hain.. to intense training ka mtlb bhi nhi pta hota... Sbko bss easy exercise chahiye hoti hai body bnane k lie.. esa hota fir to sb body bna lete aasani se... Mehnat ka koi alternative nhi hota..

@abhishekclc2527 Hi brother... It is not strict but varies person to person... I do self analyse of my form.. and it is the most stable one.. I am preparing for maximum weight or say powerlifting... And Knees purposely goes forward in low bar squat... So mass stay in center and you can take load on your back to lift maximum. It is not specifically for hypertrophy... For hypertrophy we (weightlifters) do front Squats. Thanks for your suggestion brother... Pleased reply further if there is any doubt...

And one more thing most of the people don't have mobility so there knees can't pass their toes.. Knees passing toes... Is a better and stable form for everyone with great flexibility...
