Thank you for checking it out. Currently I’ve been pushing heavier weights in my strength phase. Past 3 months I’ve focused on gaining weight which helps. Went from very lean

Seriously heavy weight. Single reps are fun. With that rack you could raise the pins a bit and try 750. The rack i use has safeties, isnt a power rack. I did 465x2 at 207(im 6'1") monday. Best on front squat is 275. I also do 1/4 reps on the bench. Depending on objectives i vary reps. I can always rep heavier than max indicates, 485, 495x5 deadlifts, 525 max on a good day. This is also probably why partials are less dangerous for me as ive always been less tight during lifts. With partials the tendon stress is severe. I use the cold water immersion to speed recovery.

That felt like seriously heavy weight. Definitely enjoying pushing the limits lately. I’ve hit 755 full squat in wraps tho last time I competed in raw classic. Front squats are tough especially doing more than one rep, easy to run out of air..
