Squid and King George whiting fishing in perfectly calm waters around St Kilda, South Australia.

It was a perfect day to fish in the beautiful waters around St Kilda in South Australia. I was fishing for southern calamari, or squid for short, and the very sought after King George Whiting.
Beautiful calm seas, clear water & plenty of sunshine.

Well done, you seem to get a few out there. do you burley much out there? I have found i seem to get a lot of puffers but they do love the burley

Hi, no I don't burley, just concentrate on finding good spots for what I am targeting.

It's all good, plenty of water, just be careful at the end of the rockwall, its shallow both side of the channel until the 2nd marker.

Hi, 3-5 metres usually, stay in the same spots all year round.
