[Squid Kimchi Stew]
1. Cut kimchi 1/4 cup into easy-to-eat pieces
2. Cut 1 squid into 1cm wide slices.
3. Shred half an onion, slice 1 green onion and 2 Cheongyang peppers diagonally
4. Add chopped onion to a pan and fry it. When half cooked, add kimchi and 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste and stir-fry over medium heat.
5. Pour about 4 cups of boiling water or broth, add 5 tablespoons of fresh kimchi broth, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
6. Add the prepared squid, bean sprouts, and chopped cheongyang pepper and green onion, and bring to a boil.
[Grilled Pork Neck with Seasoning]
1. Cut the pork
Seasoning -
Chop the white part of the green onion into pieces, add 1Tbsp garlic, 2Tbsp sesame oil, 1/2cup soy sauce, 3Tbsp cooking wine, pepper flick, 3tbsp sugar, 1/2cup water, and pepper flick and mix.
2. Place the cut meat in a bowl one at a time, season with seasoning, pour in the remaining seasoning, and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Put oil in a pan and put the meat on medium heat instead of over high heat from the beginning. When the bottom of the meat turns white, turn it over, pour in all the remaining seasonings, turn it over and cook until the color comes out well.
4. Here, wrapped in lettuce and garlic, it is delicious.
5. Arrange them neatly on a plate side by side, cut green onion leaves, put them on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
