It's a Holo-roof. Partially solid, allows rain and snow. I'm guessing it also has climate control for the "Snow Day" gamemode. (All of this IS an educated guess.)

A fun thing to do is TurtleBall. Go into training, then free play (split screen with someone) and when you start, flip on to your back. Do not use the triggers, or you will flip over again, but hold (B) or (O) for boost. The steering is inverted and it is really fun!
