another chirpy chips inspired arrangement coming at ya!!
this song has been stuck in my head for the longest time now, and randomly thought it would be fun to arrange it in one of splatoon's splatbands style. its very fun!!

It's not implied it's outright stated. Humanity died out after a nuclear war in the splatoon universe. there is even a band that is explicitly stated to remix human music (I can't remember which but it's the one with the octoling child)
