I did not use a metronome to record it. The fast tempo is approximately 92 bpm, and slow tempo is around 66 bpm

The first cord is C G and E and the second cord is F C A and F. For the first cord you can play the C and G with your index finger and the E with your ring. For the second cord the F and C are hit with your index finger, the A with your ring and the high F with your pinkie. Hope I could help.
