The fact people genuinely think he isn't good just goes to show how little they play him. He's perfect for new players getting to learn the game, and then by the time those players leveled him up, his weapons and ability get better. Later on, he's built to win 1 on 1's. Literally just a Chavez but with a different kit.

It will be interesting to see how gameplay might change across players after they add that new "Heat" mechanic. They haven't said much about it aside from it builds when you upset NPCs like breaking cover in front of them, downing them, and similar actions, but if it's anything like other games with similarly named mechanics and purposes it means *hopefully* the NPC guards get nastier and in greater number the more you tick off the locals. Although it seems everyone will have their own individual heat level, so not sure how it will work here, either way I'm excited to see the changes coming this month.

He's actually top 2 spy in my opinion between him and cavaliere. Only spy I lose 1v1s to because how good his weapons are. I know madam xu is like everybody #1 but from my experience I have no issues dealing madam xu I feel like it's to easy to hit heads shots on her.

Xiu suffers from being a long girl and having a weapon that loses to most other midrange. That said, she has great stalking and third-partying potential. She just sucks in a fight. As scoundrels should, IMO.

Ulocked this gun was a blessing. But now I can not use it anymore because I all ready hit level 10 quickly and now I am unlocking other characters first. I do wonder how I could play Ace as I am an aggresive player. (not much of a sitting duck player).

Squire isnt the only one. If you dont play a meta champion, you cant get kills. The game needs a balance overhaul badly.

im sorry but if u genuinely think this ur just bad on everyone literally i beat cavs or squires with every agent in the game with nearly every weapon. the game is pretty balanced compared to most but it isnt perfectly balanced cause NO GAME IS lmao. but fr tho if u think and who ever agrees just needs to get better at aiming with different agents weapons this isnt cod or overwatch this game is actually balanced to a high degree

He's Chavez but fast. Of course with the title and thumbnail, I'm slightly exaggerating for effect but nevertheless Squire is very strong and I don't see it discussed often in the discord.

@@treystone7128 It's not that Chavez isn't his own style of agent. I'm more referring to Squire's 3rd weapon being basically a Chavez revolver, mixed with Squires speed means he can zoom around with insane firepower

@HonkBrother Why does tankiness matter when you can not take any damage with movement and do literally the best dps in the game? I may have been exaggerating about him being "OP" but of course that's obvious. Saying Squire is a mid tier character will get you laughed at by most of the top players on the discord.

When it comes to squire, he is not the best in a fight how ever, not needing to waste time looking for keys or wasting data on terms that are not there is rather huge. I dislike his first passive but it's actually not bad.

Whats the point of first weapon after you unlock third? I think 3 weapon is too strong and need a slight nerf.

The starting gun squire gets is ridiculously underpowered compared to his other 2 options. Many other agents fall under a similar situation.

@@Uchujen yeah. The game alone is play to win in that aspect since all you need to do is level a character up enough to get their better gun and then dominate.

@@SmokeSAS Squire's first gun is really good, very competitive TTK and easy to use since even his bodyshots do great damage. Better TTK than his burst weapon. Also I'm pretty sure there's zero pay to win in Deceive, you can't buy levels on characters.
