I blew the grill up with the grande launcher and didn't pay attention to where the burgers were launched. Tried to die to see if it would respawn them back on the grill.... The propane tank repawned. But not the burgers. RIP. Guess I'm hunting.

You didn't show how to find the chipmunk outfit in mean streets but okay

I could be wrong, but you should be able to get it after beating the final boss in the game. Once you spawn in Mean Streets after the credits sequence finishes, you should see the outfit near where you are. Hope that helps!
