Hi SquishyBrained: Can you help me with Beckhoff Caming or Beckhoff NCI Interpolation? Do you have any example or do you offer any video on these 2 topics? Thank you.

I do not have videos. Do yourself a favor and grab the nci sample project and start there. If you are into those advanced features your best bet is to hook up with an app engineer who can help you out.

How did you fix the issue with the set velocity? I have it too and cant't figure out whats wrong. Other than that I really like this series. It helped me a lot in getting started with Twincat.

Ummm, can you elaborate? I don't recall an issue on this one.

@@SquishyBrained The one at 8:55. Sadly you skipped the solution.

@@Fleusz oh, the part that I cut out was just me switching to a different channel on that servo drive. I don't think I actually changed any of the settings, I think it was a problem with the actual drive itself because it was a used drive that had an issue. I don't think there was a setting or anything I changed, I just added the other axis and linked to channel b on the dual axis drive and everything worked fine.

@@SquishyBrained Ok that's unfortunate. The issue I am facing is, that I only have 1 motor at home to simulate the machine that is standing at the university. (stupid corona prevents me from working there) That means I can't connect a second motor to the other channel. I do think that's not the problem tho because it is complaining about the set velocity being 0. I just don't know how to fix it. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your time helping me after so many years of uploading it. Big thanks :)

@@Fleusz dumb question here, but the set velocity equals zero was my problem before I went and set the velocity to a non-zero value. That said though, this is just one step in getting a motor to work under program control. If you're having trouble using the NC widget, just don't use it and Skip ahead and go into when you start coding it. The NC thing with the little reset buttons at the bottom is really just a quick and easy way to spend a motor before you write the code to make sure everything's working. If you just write the code like I wrote mine, you'll be able to spend the motor from the actual PLC code instead of just the NC widget
