He uses his boost and forces a full commit basically’ as his teammate clears the ball down field to squishy and puts him in a great position. 100% rotation, you don't need amazing mechanics. Learn to play around your teammate I soloq'd to gc1 from c2. Just by playing a bit more patient and confident. Don't give the opponent time to set up a shot that could be deadly. Take time on defense to wait for that last touch from the opponents shot or try to 50 on their last touch. Even watching cbells videos where he's working towards climbing back into gc. He goes over great detail on what to look out for

@@theoofer478 have you ever played rocket league? I have, over 6k hours across 8 years and counting. I can read car language, look up the pro Lethamyr (he discusses car language and why players give you space when you keep outplaying them). I've talked to many players and I'm making an educated assumption based on facts and first hand experience as a solo q 2s gc that loves to 1v2. All it takes is one 1v2 goal, watch the replay to make it clear what I can do, then my opponents play passive out of fear of me doing it again. That's basic human psychology. Nothing brave about experience, ask any pro and they'll agree with my original comment. Just watch Squishy muffinz recent videos where his opponents go on the offensive (they show no hesitation when challenging) and nearly beats him, instead of letting Squishy control the pace like we usually see in his youtube videos. I recommend you do some research, look up pros going undercover (some do, out of fear of losing to randoms) but most, on youtube at least, used to do it for road to ssl series when it was allowed. Now psyonix banned it.
