@@amnezija wow. This is a bad take. Part of the problem my ass. Saying that color doesn't matter is running away. Guess what sunshine, race actually matters right now. This is not 2400 A.D. it's f****** 2022, More people still say stuff like hide your purses or just do it on a whim when I walk by on the street. We WANT to get to a place where color is a matter, but guess what? That's not reality. You're living in a f****** fantasy world. You do not know the path I walked to get where I am today, and I don't know this guy's path. But I can empathize a bit because I know that a part of it was not easy place to get through. Especially for people like us. How dare you presume that you know that oh, you can just get to this place, being black doesn't matter. You can rightly step off, because clearly you are not in the know. I'm happy to explain it to you a little bit for you to try to understand though. There are very few of us in the field. It matters because I see people that look like me more so and poverty and dealing with tougher things than chasing a degree and getting into the design field. They don't know about this stuff. Even as we tell them they don't believe us. So why do I give praise to another black designer? Because I'm also black designer, and I've been in a field long enough to know exactly how many of us are in the field. THERE AREN'T MANY GENIUS. So before you say something like this on a KZbin post because you think you're being righteous, you better check yourself. Hell, before you even ever tell anybody else that color doesn't matter, try putting yourself in our shoes. Jesus Christ I was hoping I wouldn't have to see such ignorant takes in the field.

From my experience, something important that companies want to know in whiteboarding challenges is your collaboration. How much did you engage others on the call. In this case, working in quietness or isolation will be a pitfall. Ask questions, engage them!

For Assumptions: for example if the interviewer tells me that the target users will be students, I can make the assumption (and write it down) that the product shouldn't be too costly. Am I understanding your framework correctly? Is my approach correct? (So, the Assumptions are the assumptions that are made by the interviewees based on that they have been told by the interviewers?)

That is correct. Assumption are made when you have details that make sense based on the data you collected. Then you can verify with the interviewer.

Wish I've seen this before my last interview. Missed mentioning an important aspect which was user context and use cases for a parcel delivery app which I needed to fix some conversion issues. So learn from my mistake and explain the different user flows and context. Explain how you would do an empathy map and user journey analysis and also make sure you use all of the people in your call (If it's on zoom) I forgot to use the "user" and just went ahead and told what I would do instead of getting more info from him.
