We have 2 shops with an area of 240 sqft & 40 sqft ( As per Biometric Survey list) undergoing redevelopment under SRA project.We have received patrata for both the shops. But, Now we have noticed that the area for both the shops have been clubbed & shown as 200 sqft & 40 Sqft. Please let us know, How could we appeal for the modification in the area as per biometric survey,considering we have received patrata for both the shops.

सर जी मैन एक रूम 2021 में खरीदा था।मैंने जिस से खरीदा था उसने भी एक आदमी से 2010 में खरीदा था।जो सब से पहले मालिक था रूम का उसका लाइट का बिल 2010 का है मेरे पास।पर उसका मतदार यदि में नाम 1995 में है।इस स्तिथि में क्या मेरा खरीदा हुआ रूम पात्र होगा।जिसके नाम पर सबसे पहले रूम था उसने पुरानी लाइट की बिल सम्हाल कर नही रखी थी।।इसलिए 2000 के पहले की लाइट की बिल नही है

सर नमस्कार , मैने 1998 मे मैने मुंबईमे एक आदमीसे झोपडा खरीदा ,उसका सेन्सस मे नाम है, सेल ऍग्रिमेंट बनाया , लेकीन उसके पास लाईट बिल नही था , बादमे मै गाव था तो सर्वे पावती भी नही बनी , उसके बाद 2015 मे BMC ने कोर्ट को दिखाने के लिए वोह झोपडा तोडा और अब मुझे BMC से न्याय नही मिल रहा है , BMC मेरा झोपडा पात्र नही कर रहे है .

Hii sir I am from bandra east and we have room and shop now our area went under development and we have a ration card of 2000 and survey pavti of 2000 and the thing is our survey pati went duplicate it is not original when we checked with the BMC,we came to know, and we have light bill of 2010 for shop and for house we have of 2014 light bill.and now the developers are saying there is no proof and now what can be done sir please give us some suggestion.

Sir हमारे यहा Enxur 16/02/2009 मे बना है और खरेदी किये हुये घर / दुकान 02/11/2007 मे खरेदी (नोटरी) द्वारा खरेदी किया है म्युनिसिपालटी मे प्रापर्टी टैक्स भी खरीदार के नाम से बदला गया है पर बैचनेवाले का नाम Enxur me होने के कारण क्या वह सन 2024 मे भी होने का दावा कर सकता है क्या ? प्लीज सहाय किजे

Sir mere paas light bill 1992 ka pitaji k naam ka aur ,1994 mein pitaji ka dehaant ho gaya isliye 1995 mein survey mein maa k naam ka photo paas mila aur Maa k naam light bill mere paas hain lekin meri maa ka bhi dehaant hua 1 saal pehle meri maa ne WILL banaayi mujhe maa k dehaant k baad pata chala Maa ne meri choti bahan k naam woh ghar kiya hain. WILL ka registration hua hain, Probate nahi. AND SISTER NE WOH GHAR TABSE RENT PAR DIYA HUA HAIN. MERA YEH AAPSE SAWAL HAIN KI SRA MEIN WILL KO MAANYATA WITHOUT PROBATE HAIN? & PITAJI K NAAM KIA SRA GHAR MAA KHUD KISI EK BACHCHE KO DENE KA HAQ USE HAIN? PITAJI K GHAR KA SAME HISSA UNKO AUR BACHCHO KO HONA CHAHIYE ISLIYE AISE HALAT MEIN AAPKI RAAY chahiye, please advice
