Traveling through the canyon, the trio finds themselves sidetracked by reports of an armed train robber! They're told the quickest shortcut to catch the train is through the old abandoned mines. honestly i only have 2 gripes with minecarts: 1. they completely negate character abilities which makes them the exact same on every run, which is irritating, and 2. they feel so damn long and slow sometimes judging by the comments they're also hell in netgames, but i can't play any part of the game well in netgames so i wouldn't notice :p

Here is were Fang likes to train his gun skills alot. He thinks that the stronger walls are better to sharpen his bullets. To make sure that no-one would invade his dusty base, he constructed minecart areas that would scare the dear life out of anyone who decided to take a ride in them. Of course, that won't be a problem for the trio, since they've gone throught much worse (sanic still ain't fond about labyrinth 2). The minecarts are a treat for Knuckles, but Tails is very interested, and concerned, about the strange train in the backround. Just a matter of time until they get there...
