SRCA : How to build a decent base setup

Question, what would be your laptimes with abs all off, as I see you have it on low, I saw that SRCA use ABS Off, I get high 1.55 consistenly with this final setup with ABS low but without ABS I can barely keep a 1.57.... under braking back end tries to kill me, so I have to use 60-40 brake balance and 80-85% brake pressure so I dont lock the brakes and still getting slow laptime (Love racing, but setups are not my strongest side, if you have any tips, feel free to say)
