In time for the auspicious Devī Navratri festival, we have just released the beloved chant to the Goddess “Sri Argala Stotram/Show Me Love” for you to chant along with the transliteration and with entire satsang filmed in New York City. KD chants some selected verses from this prayer which part of 700 verses in praise of the Goddess and adds English verses that will feel familiar to you and fit beautifully with the mood or ‘bhava’ of the prayer.

this chant touches my heart deeply. 20 days ago my dad passed away, I flu for 30 hours all the way to South America not knowing if I was making it to see him for last time. I arrived at noon and jump on a taxi straight to the hospital. I’ve made it but he was not awake anymore, he was with oxygen and morphine then, but still here. Doctors told me in that state they can’t hear you.. I stayed with him for 6 hours or so and after I while I put my Kirtan playlist on Spotify and Krishna Das chants played on.. this one too. Tears came down his eyes, for minutes .. and running through mine overwhelmingly taking over the whole room. After 6 hours .. he left . A mix of pain, peace and love all together swallowed the room . I know they can hear .. this is a beautiful invocation of love, peace , strength . One of my beloved friends in a temple told me grief is another form of love.. this chant is a beautiful expression of peace and liberation for those who left us ❤ this chant will always remind me of that moment

KD has become part of my daily life. Always offering thanks to the moment I stumbled upon him. It was magic to my ears and inner self. I often wonder, out of pure curiosity, if he realizes the power he has to change us. Such a humble, loving example for others.
