Accordingly, Colombo recorded 20 percent, Kalutara 32 percent, Nuwara-Eliya 25 percent, Mullaitivu 25 percent, Vavuniya 30 percent, Ratnapura 20 percent, Ampara 30 percent, Mannar 29% percent, Gampaha 25 percent, Puttalam 23 percent, Polonnaruwa 35 percent, Kurunegala 30 percent, Digamadulla 30 percent, Trincomalee 30 percent, Matara 28 percent, Kandy 20 percent and Badulla 21 percent by 10 am today. Kegalle recorded a voter turnout of 18 percent, while Moneragala and Galle also recorded a turnout of 18 percent. Battticloa recorded 17 percent, while Jaffna district recorded the lowest turnout of 10 percent.
