Hello sir , need your bit help . I have today applied for an ETA for tourist purposes to visit Sri Lanka. My intended date of arrival is on 20th December 2023, and I have duly filled out the ETA application form accordingly. However, I encountered an issue with the arrival card where the column for the date of arrival does not allow me to select 20th December; it only provides options up to the 14th of December. what to do sir in this situation?

Packages are good when you are traveling with your family so that could also be considered for a place like sri lanka because the infrastructure is not very good mostly you will have to make use of taxis. But in the case other countries in the south-east you can still travel without tour packages.

You can try to register your details using a new email id but as long as your passport no and date of birth are correct then there is no issue that I see.

Boss, kindly mention it as free Visa and not visa free. Visa free means no Visa is required, whereas free Visa means Visa is required, but it is issued free of cost. Please don’t mistake me as some people may proceed without ETA and may blame you.

Yes Vietnam is also likely to announce some news on visa-free. All these countries are struggling to gain visitors post pandemic and especially because of expensive flight tickets. Despite of visa-free Thailand, even today, they tourism is not up to what it used to be before pandemic. There is a competition and they feel the need to revise their visa norms.
