8:10 He is wrong. The prices are same. If it is true, ppl will be waiting for a lot of time in the bus stand to catch up government buses. But usually the government buses give proper change back coz most of them give tickets in return while the private buses usually don't give tickets. Even though there is a standard price, most of the private buses don't give the proper change back. He mentioned there is Sri lankan flag on the either sides of the bus, but it's actually the SLTB logo, not SL flag.
