About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.
The full account of his astonishing and amazing experiences are published in his memoir from 2011 titled “Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master - A Yogi’s Autobiography“, which became an instant bestseller. He has written a sequel to his autobiography, titled “Sri M - The journey continues”, which was released last year.

Sri M says: “Go to the core. Theories are of no use.” His message seeks to transcend the outer-shell of all religions, by exploring their mystical essence and thus nurture the innate goodness in every human being.

Pranams to Shri M... In all humility, i would like to add a few words on what guruji expounded about the Mantras... It is said in the circles of Mantra saadhaks that there are no dictionary meanings to Mantras... thats true... then what are these OM, HREEM etc... Well, science holds that all matter is energy.... and energy has potency only when it vibrates or moves... hence everything in the world is vibrating... now everything that vibrates creates certain sounds... Since they are beyond the range of our ears, they are called subtle sounds.... And human ears cannot hear these sounds without VERY sharp perception... To cultivate this deep meditation is needed..... Once deep meditation is achieved, the sounds are PERCIEVED, not heard.... But even to these sounds there is a one root sound, the sound from which all other vibrations emanate... That is considered as the ROOT sound of creation.... or Prananva.... which is nothing but OM... or AUM... All the other sounds emanate from OM and OM is the root of all existance... but how to reach it... Thats what Yoga is meant to take you... Not to slim you down.... Since the entire existance is shouldered on these sounds, they are called BEEJA aksharas.... Akshara doesnot mean just alphabets... It is expanded as A-Khsara.. That which doesnot deplete... If it doesnot deplete, it has not death.. By using beeja aksharas, an energy can be created around one self which displaces other karmic energies thereby burning the karmic glue that binds the being to the body.... All is 👍 Guru is OK. But seeing Sri M is very difficult for an ordinary common man.I don't know is the same approach they show to the foreigners . His servents in Madanapalle don't have humanity and don't have aaditya mariyaada. I reached there today in the morning after traveling a long distance from Trivandrum. I had RTPCR (fresh one). But they don't even allow me in or asked me whether I had food or had ablution. I have been practicing Gurumanthra,chakrdhaarana,Hansa practice,and Hamsa practice along with Chakra dharma since one month. I have been sending emails for two months. I came here from Trivandrum, Kerala which is also Sri.M's home city.

Haha... We are enough to destroy ourselves... (Whitewalker is prominent in our mind already.. if you check your action everyday... We destroy our race.. all of us). In my personal opinion he in a role of a teacher is only trying to help us to slow that process. If we percieve ego as a synonym to human race... then may be yes... the teachings are about destroying the ego... fortunately, humanity laiden human and ego are the opposites to many. This is a neutral opinion that is also good to consider if you like... There is nothing supernatural and shamanic about it
