The claim that every name in Vishnu Sahasranama is clearly a hyperbole. Neither Madhav, nor any of his successors have even attempted to write such a gloss. Otherwise, the discourse is very good.🙏

Quite often we read or hear about Sri Madhva explaining one hundred meanings for each name in Vishnu Sahsranama. But the biographer didn’t record one hundred meanings for even one word either in Madhva Vijaya or by way of separate work. None of the successors have attempted to write such a commentary on Vishnu Sahasranama. At least after more than seven centuries, is it not fair to give up this claim as a hyperbole?
