5.30 - the cost is rs.1000/- only in the website it is mentioned as thousand only.

Earlier it was ₹1000 for homam alone and darshan was not included in this amount at that time. Later they increased the amount to 1600 inclusive of Tirumala darshan

To book rooms in offline, no darshan tickets are required. In online, accommodation opens in a prior date and homam booking opens later. Probably most of the dates will be booked by other darshan ticket holders. If in case, online Room is available on the date you’ve booked darshan, then you can very well book it
