hay otros vídeos donde se explica lo que es el Sri Yantra pero básicamente esta figura es la versión abstracta del universo y ayuda a uno recordar la razón del universo. al nosotros estar en este cuerpo (cuerpo humano) tenemos muchos deseos e interactuamos con otros cuerpos y situaciones lo que lleva al caos y a algunos sentimientos como ira, miedo y demas. el Sri Yantra nos recuerda que la razón del universo y nuestra existencia es la realización de nuestros deseos y la liberación. cuando estés pasando por un mal momento solo recuerda que el universo esta para cumplir tus deseos y al recordar esto te sentirás bien y así empezaras a hacer que cosas buenas pasen.
