Sri Lankan Achcharu /இலங்கை மரக்கறி அச்சாறு
This is traditional and very authentic Sri Lankan recipe..
My mum always makes it this way and we love to eat this pickle..
Bitter gourd with its bitterness along with vinegar will bring beautiful flavours in your mouth and not making it too bitter .And long beans will crunch for added taste. try the recipe and share your experience in the comment box.
