7:22 even i faced the similar issue...becareful at HP petrol pump just beside Tinfactory bus stop bangalore...i asked him to put full tank ..he filled till 150rs and he started filled again from 150rs but he claimed saying he resetted.....later when i asked him twice he left and sent another guy...then i explained him everything then he gave me back the xtra money which I paid for....that guy does not know that i am sriman kotaru fan.. cannot cheat us
