Even I had the same issue with my car first I thought it’s the tray then I had figured it out it’s the rear seat locking System I told the KIA service people about it they had taped it and given it back to be back after a few days the sound was back so then I went personally to the service centre and told them to re check it and then it was the lock I guess was changed so it’s better you go personally and tell them to check the locking system.
