Sir, I am thinking of going to kargil war memorial from Sonmarg morning 8 am. Is it possible to go in the month of May. Also on the same day I am planning to go to Srinagar back again .Is it feasible and advisable. Please suggest

On same day Travel from Sonmarg to Kargil and Kargil to Srinagar will very Hectic. And also if there are any Road close issue then it is not feasible to travel.

How is road condation and weather ? Which month you travel ? We plan 26th octobar to 3rd november shreenagar kargil via leh, nubra ,pengong but how is weather ,cold ,roads are nerrow and not good ?? Any difficulty on passes on very hight ??

I was there in June. It will be too cold after October. May Be Snow fall will be there in November. Road conditions are good. All Food is also available, So be prepare before Plan. Take care and Happy Journey
