Nothing , meaning , Waking, Sleeping, including Dream , or Sushupti / deep sleep stage is Stable. ONLY the Consciousness, Sub stratum is Stable. Then why at all Care ( care means Worry also ) for these 3 stages which comprises World or Life. Ignore as unreal , until vasanas vanish. Be in the Self
