You will be healed, naturally. Just keep asking the Divine to help you, right where you are. Only believe and wait. When you feel the first adjustment to your energy field, hold on to it and claim it. Then ask for more healing and wait for the next upgrade to come. You will become stronger as time goes by. You may not get an answer right away because it's God's nature to be silent. Don't doubt or strain, just wait and believe. It will come. Then say, thank you God, give me some more.
@Freederick12 жыл бұрын
While I am not saying breathing techniques as he describes will cure your conditions I can say that regular practice of conscious breathing will bring you to a place that you might experience something different than your current perception of your conditions. Your mind will more easily follow your thoughts rather than the other way around when you train your breathing. I recommend you really give breath practice a good go. The great part is there is no downside and it is free, you can breath anywhere, anytime, in any situation,. Especially if feelings of depression or anxiety that results come on, just remember to breath and keep going, do not get distracted, bring yourself back to point. Calm deep breathing will reset your physiology to an empowered place. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Do not breath in through your mouth. This will oxygenate your blood and body, oxygen is required to burn energy, more oxygen is like a blow torch or incinerator Dangerous anerobic bacteria don't like oxygen. Breath deep until something changes in your perception. It will happen over time slowly and almost unperceptively at first and in less than a month of regular intense practice (at least 1/2 hour a day, can be spread out) your world can change... If you find you can't sleep at night, practice breathing deeper in and then out than you normally do and try to count your breaths to 100. If can do it you will probably be asleep before you make it, if you rise up again start over, you can calm your physiology by calming your breathing. Think of it like your a conductor of an orchestra your the conductor and your breath is the beat, long and slow. If you get in an argument, breath, get bad news, breath, experience depression, breath. I believe you can lessen your depression with practicing breathing and that can lead to shallower bipolar changes. Best wishes

But shortlived as terrorists threatened & closed all centrs. If only Yoga had flourished, Pakistan too would have grown into a friendly country bonding with India through a common holistic practice, forgetting all differences, exchanging trade & commerce & brotherly ties with cultural meets & exchanging travels & would have flourished economically too compared to what is happening now. I took the Art of Living course many years ago. I remember one day the instructor played Sri Sri singing what sounded to me like a lullaby as we all lay on the floor quietly with our eyes closed. I remember the feeling that came over me as I went into a deep state of peace which I had never felt before. It was such a wonderful feeling I did not want it to end. His singing voice was so soothing and at the time I did not even realize it was him. While in this state, I saw my deceased grandparents all looking down on me as if I was on a operating table and they were above. They all had this look of total adoration towards me like you would look down on a precious child so full of love. I can never forget the experience to this day. The Breathing technique or kria if thats the proper word he teaches is something very special as it puts you into such a cool space. This guru is the real deal.

I used to go to the "Art of Living" center in NY and I really miss the Surdashan Kriya technique and bonding with some wonderful spiritual people. After the Surdashan Kriya technique, I really think it's safe to say it's the CLOSEST FEELING TO BLISS while being in a Human Body. I went to a 72 hour Silence retreat in Canada with the last Day Sri Sri R.S arriving...We we're playing drums and dancing. When we settled down to meditate I was diagonally positioned 30 feet from him and felt this Very expansive feeling I never felt before when meditating. It's Very True that certain Gurus or Evolved Spiritual people can have strange mystical powers and such. And I'm FAR FROM the type into worshipping any Guru or Spiritual leader. But just being honest on what I undeniably felt.

First time i listen to this man, and it makes a lot of sense. A lot of wisdom in his words. He is explaining and connecting different dots, about different kinds of music and how it is an influence on people. Also explains why one person likes very loud music with drums and bass. And other people feel comfortable with more subtle softer music. Also another interesting thing is that christian churches also use bells. Well, probably just copied the idea, from India, the East.
@salronmumbai2 жыл бұрын

I had a very negative childhood experience with both my parents. In my early 40s dark night of the soul, I began my inner child work. I began playing the piano, singing and grounding in Mother Earth via intense gardening and horseback riding and I discovered my energy body. Many ancient and indigenous people believe the Earth is our Mother. We must be connected to her to become a conduit for energies to reach Father Sky. Everything sings in nature. When we sing we begin vibrating in harmony with her. Sound is an extremely powerful catalyst to this. The secret to the universe is energy, frequency and vibration. - Tesla

On the way, I listen to Gurudev say, for the first time. So far I have been so occupied with Yoganand, then Krishnamurti, then Ramana Maharishi and many other teachers who say the same but present their knowledge in different ways. He is right about the influence of the lower chakra, because it is strongly connected to the energy of the Earth and serves only to survive and fight for survival. Very few people use the energies of the solar plexus, and for those who reach the heart chakra we can identify with the Saints, as was the case with Jesus! But anything above the heart chakra breaks down the obstacles of time and space, the body no longer matters so much because everything takes place at a higher level of consciousness. And in terms of music, I'm most comfortable with the sound of rain and water generally. With regard, ROMANA from Croatia! 🙏🏻

What a wonderful explanation! Thank you Gurudev ❤️. Truly blessed to gain this knowledge about the kind of music that appeals to our senses and impact it has on our body.Actually, I ,sometimes, wondered why we had such loud drum beating sounds in temples, the explanation has really made everything clear to me today. ॐ नमः शिवाय ! 🌹🌺🌹

Meditation has helped me with anger issues. I pretty much no longer have them. I've learned how to breathe and when going deeper into breathe I noticed that I go to a place of bliss now. It's taken me 6 months to get there but now it's easy. I feel so blessed

I know exactly what he is saying, I have been utilizing these tools in my daily life through experience unknowingly. All my life I have listened to my body, mind and the surrounding. I was heartbroken, I was a smoker, I was an addict, I was part animal. I'm 28, I didn't quit anything, I accepted the flaws and simply outgrew them. I became my own friend, I listened to myself. I knew answer to my all problems all along. I simply gave myself bigger purpose and the tools to achieve it. Healthy food, environment, Healthy habits, meditation, music. I wake up with rock music of GnR, japanese classic rock etc to give myself a jolt, then at the end of day I'm sleeping with instrumental music of Einaudi, Beethoven, Hans Zimmer or something modern religious classic. All of It felt mechanical at first, but then It took form of higher disciplined lifestyle. I'm at that stage now, when I dont back down from any task or work. It feels i can accomplish anything. I am not boasting its just, I can co relate now how Einstein saw quantum physics, what must be in mind of Swami Vivekananda when he was giving speech at chicago, How it must have felt for Ashoka the great to rule the most of asia and then how can he switch to bherighosha to dhammaghosha. I feel world's pain, wailing of planet's river, forests and oceans. I feel how stereotypical constraints could limit one's growth, what gives rise to rebellion, why the child laugh and why women feels suffocated in the society that exists, and how the world is shrinking for our elders. Its not that its the knowledge that i acquired over passage of time, its just that this knowledge was there right infront of us, its in all of us at genetic level itself, but we become so self centric that we simply chose to ignore this knowledge, intoxicating our own body losing touch with reality is not the answer, It was never the answer. I just chose to be human again, as nature intended me to be. I am not just part of this world, I am this world. And I hope universe helps me achieve what i have set out to do. Because I just cant leave it the way I found it! I love you all, I truly do. Take Care of yourself and others around you.

Dear पियुश, your expressions are very grounded which is the outcome or the nectar of the hard times you went through. It is really inspiring for youths who are wasting this valuable life and I think your sort of sermon must reach each of them so that they have a glimpse of what is already there, the possibilities to bring out the best not only to benefit myself but the whole eco system of this universe which we are a part. I love you, let's get connected for a cause, a cause to make this world a better place. 🥰I am highly impressed by your free flow of expression.
