Love my 05 Fatboy, have Python exhaust, ape hangers, bunch of chrome, can't say enough about the old school look. Mine is the anniversary model, so came with polished wheels. Great video!

I'm just getting into the motorcycle scene. What bike would you recommend for a beginner?

Shane Hall. There's loads of great beginner bikes, generally 600cc and under are great starters. They have power to stay fun without getting crazy. With Harleys, the Sportster series are great starters, and if you're in the city the Street series are best with their liquid cooled engines and agile design. If you want a starter bike you will hold onto for years and mod the crap out of, the Harley Iron series of the Sportsters have a huge aftermarket following. If high torque V-Twins aren't your thing the Honda Rebel 500 is literally the most iconic starter bike out there, with over 3 decades of history behind it's capability as new rider's best friend.

I just bought a 2001 fatboy a few months ago. My first bike, I love it. The weight of it was a bit intimidating at first but didnt take long and I was super comfortable with it, and it sounds amazing

LOMBARDISPACKERS1 Perfect size for the bikes, but you should really sit on one to get the full picture of course. Try a Harley dealership. The new ones, other than mechanical components and aesthetics, haven't changed all that much

I'm going to ask but don't expect a reply, I never get one. I'm 6*8 and 240 and yes 60 years old! I know your 6*2, is this bike comfortable for you to ride. One is up for sale here in my hometown in Kitchener Ontario, don't want to waste my time going to see it if it don't fit! Same handle bars and different pipes. Two tone Blue and Black. bigdzzplace hey brother I'm over here in Cambridge, we're neighbors! I'm going to be buying a fat boy this week. to help answer your question... I'm 5'8", the floor boards and foot controls are in a good spot for me. comfortable amount of knee bend. that could mean it will be cramped for you. I imagine you can buy kits to add a few inches to it though. the stock handle bars are at a good height for me but MAY need to get pulled back a little for my shorter arms. you will sit higher then me and have a much longer reach so the Bars should be good. I'd say definitely go see the bike vs taking my word for it but that's my insight for you.

Thanks for the reply, I ended up buying a 2008 Suzuki c109r, totally stock with factory windshield and floor boards with 13,000 kilometers on it. Bought it for 5,500 CDN funds. My bro said I stole it! lol. Anyway for being 6*8" fits just right and a joy to ride, I know its not the M series that you have done video's on and enjoy riding but here in Canada the C is way cheaper to insure than the M. I don't know how you manage to talk over the whole video without giving any useful insight or information. just repeatedly mentioning how beautiful it is and what a nice day it is doesn't help anyone. Tell us WHY it's comfortable. how does the clutch feel, where are the shift points? do the brakes work well? is that seat a good match for the bike? centre of gravity? what changes did harley make that year? How does the fat boy compare to other softails? "such a beautiful bike guys" 12 times, doesn't tell us anything.
