Generally I don't comment on videos but this one brought back a loads of memories. Good thing: I liked the way you showed the campus as much as you can without any edits. Btw you should have told your viewers that this is call Annexure campus. Main campus is the other one where all core branches are there. P.S. EEE is in main campus. The thing I didn't like is that with the example of architecture or managerment building, you have portrayed a bad image of SRM placements. To all your viewers seeking engineering degree, I must tell you SRM will get you a job unless you yourself screw things up. Few wrong information which I would like to correct: 1) All tech park labs do have AC's in them, so tech park does have AC. :p 2) First year hostels are the best place to be in for 1st years. They are in very good quality wrt to the number of people who stay there. 3) I agree North indians don't like food that much, but again breakfast and snacks are good. Plus food is highly hygienic and over my course period of 4 years, I never heard of a mass food poisoning. 4) Estancia is not that much expensive, the way you have said it in the video. Specially if you are comparing wrt non ac 2/3 sharing hostels. Also it is not that far. Too all the viewers, my only suggestion will be to reach out to the seniors of your branch on linkedin, rather then asking single person for all branches. To all the newcomers or future aspirants, all I can say is if not best, but SRM is always one of the better option to study. You will actually see the over personality development in yourself over the course of 4 years. Re jobs: SRM will provide all the opportunities you want, it is upto you, how you use them. Lastly, you will have an amazing life at SRM and chennai. It's a very lively place and you will surely miss it in future. Cheers!

Very good facilities, good teaching located 17 KMS away from Chennai airport on Chennai- Trichy highway. To reach Chennai city one hour travel and nearest railway station is Tambaram. The whole campus used to so much nicer and better before. In the UB campus, they demolished the green space/park in front of the Tech Park building, to build some ugly concrete building. There are hardly any green space/ lawns now in the UB campus now. And in the main campus, due to the land dispute, the campus area reduced by roughly 30%. All the volleyball courts and more trees got demolished and cut and there was no more back gate. And more green space was used to build the building and volley courts that was on the disputed land. There was lovely nome garden that turned into the dusty brown volleyball courts and no more space around the canteen area. Now the main campus is just boring concrete mess with hardly any tree cover.

Don't take admission in SRM University (all campus). I'm in 4th year , bhai mera kata h isliye mai sabko bta de rha hu..agr board me below 60% h..unlog plzzz drop le lena but SRM me admission nhi..bczz placement nhi hogi but at time of admission they say u will surely placed don't trap in this scam.aur agr kisi ka money problems chal rhe h..chae family me kisi ka death ho jaaye tm road pe aa jaao..agr fee paid nhi kiye to exam dene nhi denge..aur sidha back.. suppose apka 1 exam chhut gya par 2 re exam me paise de diye to v 1 exam baad me conduct nhi kaarayege..sidha bachklog next semester clear kro phir..bhaii bahot hi chutiya collage h.. placement ke naam pe mass hiring me jaaoge..aur tm cse ya koi v branch se ho..sab ke sab it sector me jaaoge..core company 2-3 companies visit kregi use v har companies 1-3 bache ko le jaate h..itna paisa waste krne se acha h bro..kahi v local college me admission le lo..aur off campus baith jaao kyuki sab ko mass hiring me hi jana hota h.. plzz beware🙏 Depressed engineer from SRM University (KTR)
