High RPM= High fuel consumption A machine cannot run faster without consuming more fuel. But in this case it is only in the initial stage. So, don't worry about the milage.

If that screw is broken, get it repaired because you will not be able to get the perfect idle rpm

Bhai mere bike ki rpm kam ho gai thi apki video dekhkar mene kam kar di. Par ab 6-7 mahine bad fir se kam ho gai h bar bar bike chalte huye band ho jati h. Fir se rpm badhane se average pe to koi frk nhi padega. Same yahi bike h Or ha 19000 chal chuki h par kabhi injector saf nhi karwaya h

That is because of loose timing chain that can be easily set at service center.

I bought a new avenger 160 BS6 bike on aug 2020. Now after 1st service I am facing one issue. in morning when I start my bike it got turned off after 10 15 sec. And I visited the service center delhi they said it is because of cold temp. Bhai apka help chahiye tha... Mene kal apna dominar ka throttle body clean kiya tha, bike 20k kms chali hai. Throttle body me thoda kachra nikla carbon wagera sab saaf karke mechanic ne wapas fit kar diya. Lekin clean karne ke Baad dominar ka rpm ka timing me change ho gaya aur rpm high Rehne laga, uske wajh se jab me accelerator ko down karta tha gear k liye rpm high rehta tha aur gear daalne me dhad dhad sa sound ata tha, mene mechanic ke pas gaya aur usse ye kaha to usne bola ke abhi abhi fresh clean hua hai aur throttle body naya jesa clean hua hai to abhi esa hoga par kuch kms chalne ke Baad jab wapas wahan pe carbon jam jayega wo apne ap thik ho jayega. Uski Baat pe me convince nahi hua fir mene socha ke jabki throttle body clean hua hai to kyun na ek baar ecu update karun shayad sahi ho jayega!! Fir ecu update karne ke Baad kuch hadh tak rpm ka issue thik hua. Lekin abhi bhi thoda feel ho raha hai... Apka advice chahiye... Koi problem hua he throttle body ko clean karke ya ye automatically thik ho jayega. Mera dominar ka rpm idle 1500 me aur kabhi kabhi 2000 me rehta hai. Idle rpm dominar ka kitna rehna chahiye?

@JD7's Hub nope thats not autochoke..... whenever engine warm ho jata hai toh usme friction kam hi jata hai aur feul jyada efficiently burn hone lagta hai....that why same amount of fuel mein rpm badh jata hai.... 900rpm set kiya hai toh woh 1200 hoga aur 1100 set kiya hoga toh woh 1450-1500 tak hoga.....
