Doc, I just wanna say I don't know for a fact that you're a doctor irl, but i know you must be. You really seem to have that rare drive to just want to help people every day. Well just know, your videos help me tremendously, with all the stress and anxiety I'm under sometimes. Your videos always put me in a very comfortable state and i really appreciate all that you do. I hope life is treating you well because you really deserve it. Edit: p.s. The quality of your stuff, video and audio, is awesome as well, i just wanted to add. The general eye tests where you held up the letter quietly on a card, with the card coming into vision from the bottom and obscuring a large part of the frame was really amazing, very calming. Also love when you put a lens between us or a filter of some kind. Thank you!!

SRP I've been watching your videos for years, and today found out that my mom might have a retinal tear. It helped me stay calm that I've already seen you perform all of the tests that they did on her, and have heard a lot of the terminology. It will be a stressful few weeks as she sees specialists and might need surgery, so I'll be back here watching your videos more than ever. Thank you so much ❤️

Ha! had to check to see if my cat was trapped somewhere... only to notice that it was in the video! Sounded exactly like when my cat decides to shut the door on himself, or when I won't let him in when I'm trying to work on something.

Hah, this feels scarily apt right now. Two and a half weeks ago my husband and I had to stay home instead of going on holiday after he was hospitalised with blood pressure of 218/130. I had to call an ambulance and do a stroke test with him. We were told that getting the plane to our holiday might be the end of him. Worlds of stressful Can confirm, none of the experience was even slightly restful or calm, and riding in an ambulance isn't as fun as you think it will be when you're a kid.
