What is ASMR? According to Wikipedia:
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

I swear you’re just sleep hypnosis, for me, at this point. I TRY to watch vids go get tingles. But, I can’t keep my eyes open only 30 seconds in. It can take me 30 views, stitching it together piece-by-piece, to get thru one video. Lol! It’s utteraly amazing, how good you are. I mean, you were obviously BORN for this, & I’ve said it before…you became an optometrist…to do THIS. Lol! (I should mention…the putting me to sleep part was meant as a COMPLIMENT, not a put-down. Lol! If it was a bad thing, I wouldn’t come back 29 other times; or wake up and rewind the video it’s still on, to the last point I remember when falling asleep…)
