ನಾನು ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟಂತಹ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ "ಆಸೆ ಹೊಳೆಯೇ ಉಕ್ಕಿ ಹರಿದೈತೆ" ಹಾಡು. ರಮೇಶ ಸರ್ ,ಸುಧಾರಾಣಿಯವರ ನಟನೆ ಬಹಳ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು. ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರುಕ್ಮಿಣಿ(ಸುಧಾರಾಣಿ) ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದಿಂದ ಹೃದಯ ಕಿತ್ತು ಬಂದಂಗಾಯ್ತು. Really superb movie.

This movie is technically superior to many of the current generation and previous generation films. It is as real as it gets. Tremendous performances by Ramesh, Sudha Rani and the rest of the cast. Spotless direction of PH Vishwanath. And the best part is, they have used actors' real voices. Current crop of heroines can't/won't dub for their movies if their life depended on it. It's a gem of a movie!
