It should be in X as the vocal version is gonna be included in the limited version among the 35 other anime vocal songs. There's always custom BGM if its not included though.

@Pesmerga255 Reason for Shin Getter not having a custom theme like Mazinkaiser is because Mazinkaiser is, in fact, a Banpresto Original! Shin Getter was made before Mazinkaiser, thus no custom theme was made for it.

Mazinkaiser is just a joy to use because of this theme and because of how much ass it kicks when Kouji gets fired up and activates Mazinpower. Mazinpower on Kaizer is glorious. "Oh, you thought you'd swarm me to death? No. No that is not happening. You can't even hurt me anymore and I'll kill all of you in one hit. Oh? You brought your Battleship? Shame if anything happened to it. Like me BLOWING IT UP".

And as such, not seen in the banpresto origionals, but split into Dygenguard AND the Grungust line of mechs, as Mazinkaiser was written into the Mazinger Z storyline, and thus can't participate in the SRW OG games! It's THAT badass!

I love how this theme kind of combines new and old-school style super robot themes to make something totally awesome. While Mazinkaiser is sadly not as silly as it's predecessor, it's still quite awesome.
