Also, the fact that Mazinkaiser and the usual Infinity Mazinger are in this Game means that you can put Shiro on the Mazinger Z just like you could in T, making that a great upgrade for Shiro during the final levels

Photon Power is almost equivalent to Getter in terms of divine energy, so it is quite possible that this Mazinkaiser is the final form of Mazinger Z. Would love to see the triple Mazinger though. Speaking of Shiro: Ichinana got Breast Fire, which is good. It means it received an upgrade as a unit. Wonder if he'll have other weapons other than body tackle and rifle.

The story would be shit then, unless they fix many things on SSSS.Gridman's Story (Which they will) However, Gridman seems to have his own stage since Anosillus can be seen in the background during his attack.

I genuinely hope this is the send-off to the Z Engine that has been used for ages from the looks of it, it also seems that they're experimenting with the animations to make it feels more three dimensional in terms of attacks. Which could just be me but I do see that with Combattler V, Victory and Narrative A Pack's Animation. Also I did notice that the Shin Dragon's sprite got redrawn (Not reanimated, the Getter Tomahawk close up still is the same) and I would assume this is the case for other series too.

I'm so happy to see Infinitism Mazinkaiser. That was on my wishlist for this game. Good to see original Gundam, Combattler V, and Victory return. Also excited for SRX coming. Out of the new series I'm mainly excited for Gridman since that's the only one I watched. Though, GaoGaiGar vs. Betterman is surprising. I'm kind of disappointed Grendizer, Voltes V, Daimos, Evangelion, Gunbuster, Gurren Lagann, G Gundam, Gundam SEED Destiny, Nadesico, and Full Metal Panic didn't make it in. The thing that surprises me the most is not only is ZZ not returning but I think this is going to be the first game since GC to not feature any AU Gundam series. It's all Universal Century.

That's because Zoids is owned by another company, Takara Tomy, so they would have to pay them to get the rights but they're competitors. SRW, which included Zoids Genesis, may have been a one-time exception and Bandai Namco must have paid a crazy amount to Takara. It's the same reason why we won't get Transformers in SRW as well.

Gridman, though owned by Tsubaraya, is also owned by Bandai as they have the toy making license. Takara used have the Gridman toy rights, as it was part of its Microman line, but not anymore.

Some of the Gundam units (particularly the Zeta and the Nu) look kinda stiff and awkward - like they're animated for SRW DD, and the Huckebein 30's design is pretty kooky for my tastes, but overall I'm loving the massive roster additions (as well as the returning ones from their long, long slumber)! Didn't think we'd be getting INFINITY Mazinkaiser after only just one game appearance in T, and I certainly wasn't expecting SSSS.Gridman to be thrown into the mix (at least not before Studio TRIGGER's earlier - and arguably more widely popular mecha anime that was Darling in the FranXX), but what the hell, bring in all the tokusatsu, Banpresto!

@@markanthonyorine1699 If my assumption about your comment is correct, and that you mean that FranXX can be a bit too suggestive/NSFW for SRW, personally it won't be the first time Banpresto uses borderline or straight up 18+ content in their games before, if any of the GAINAX anime featured in previous games are of any indication (Evangelion, Gunbuster, Diebuster, Gurren Lagann), and of course, who can forget about the gore-fest that is the Getter Robo Armageddon. Honestly if they can tone down the graphic/adult/gore content/themes of old 80-90s era anime, I think they can definitely make do with FranXX's fanservice - which is tame in comparison. Not that I'm complaining that we're skipping DiF entirely though. I'm all aboard the Gridman hypetrain all the way.

A little disappointed that they didn't include Sakura Wars, but this is pretty awesome. I was surprised to see CCA-era Amuro piloting the original Gundam. We never see it anymore. At least one of my predictions came true: MAZINKAISER INFINITY! I was also surprised to see Victory Gundam here. Considering how neither Bandai nor Tomino have fond memories of this show, this was rather shocking. They're reusing Rayearth from T, which I don't mind at all. SSSS. Gridman appears as the non-mecha guest star in this game. J-Decker; FINALLY! Another Brave anime other than Might Gaine. What REALLY caught my eye; GAOGAIGO from GaoGaiGar vs. Betterman! Now we can have Mamoru and Kaido fight alongside Guy in an SRW game!

A little iffy on the Code Geass Re;surrection movie. I haven't seen it in its entirety, so I can't comment on its quality. But I'm disappointed that we most likely won't be able to avert Euphiemia's death here. But since this is the movie continuity, at least Shirley will be alive (hopefully).

Wow didn't think anything from GGG vs Betterman or GaiGaiGo would ever appear; conidering how obscure/not-born they are. But I do hope to god that this Not!Hucky upgrades to a full on Hucky (Doesn't help the method of hiding its huckyness is rather garish compared to past Not!huckies) And one'd think they'd do a reveal for you know Ryusei and likely Masaki Though I would like to think that for an anni title they'd dial back on the "literally who" series, but I guess the folks behind them must have made nice arrangements to help allow for stuff people care about. Though I was really hoping they'd drop out of such baffling habits.

I wasn't impressed by the previews for Knights & Magic and neither does it's appearance here and that Majestic Prince attack remains me why I stopped watching it. I still love the rest of the roster but those two I could do without.
