Ryuusei's not in his usual mech, the R-1 in this game, because it, along with the R-2 and R-3, were destroyed early on. Ryuusei's got this here custom R-Blade, while Rai and Mai are in the Huckebein Mk IIIs left behind from the previous game.

Hibiki: "So this is Ryuusei's power...!" Villetta: "Get him, Ryuusei!!" Ryuusei: "HAAAHHHH!!!!" ** Ryuusei moves next to Hazal - Event battle ** Hazal: "Ugh...Ah!!" Ryuusei: "I will not be swayed no more Hazal...! With or without this power I am still myself!" "I don't care where it come from or if it carries meaning to it..." "All I know is that I will use it to carry out the JUSTICE I believe in!!" Rai: "Ryuusei..." Mai: "That's more like it, Ryuu!" Ryuusei: "Let's go, SRX...! No, with your completion this name doesn't fit you anymore..." "Your name is SRX Altered, 'Banpreos'!" "Just like every one of us, you are the INVINCIBLE SUPER ROBOT GUARDIAN OF OUR GALAXY!!"

I remember that. It was in oneshot manga based on Super Robot Taisen @2. Ryuusei while being controlled by Zonders combined many mechas of his friends, such as Daizengar, GaoGaiGar, Koutetsu Jeeg or Mazinkaiser into one freaking Super Robot.

You know, people make fun of him for being mecha fanboy but what they don't know is that Ryusei is actually a badass. Seriously, I read somewhere that Ryusei(who at the time was controlled by Zonders) took out GaoGaiGar in one shot.

I just love how this theme never changes, from consoles to handhelds it's always exactly the same. Ryusei's theme just works so well everywhere and still manages to sound epic when it needs to. I was actually kind of disappointed that it was orchestrated in DW, though that was pretty awesome.

You deserve a round of applause. I'm serious. I myself don't understand Japanese and it peeves me off. But playing the games just to beat the snot outta mechs, see leetsauce battle animations, and hear japanese voice actors say stuff that sounds cool even though you can't understand it? That's the reason we should ALL play, no matter what color we are or where we live or who we are in general. The one thing we all have in common is SUPER ROBOT WARS. May the battle rage on in our favor.

OG has a anime. Hellishly hard to find these days. Its the "divine wars" era, and i only know its gone to the point to defeating Levi so far.

Yes, but Virtual-On is only in two games, and it doesn't really have a story in @3, if I recall. There aren't terribly many series that are without animes.

ArkRiley Too bad Capcom would much rather switch their mascot from Classic MegaMan to Nemesis, instead of putting in the respective cast of Cyberbots, Tech Romancer, Viewtiful Joe (yes, Joe has a Mecha), and Lost Planet (LOL, PTX-40A Ivan).
